Rental charges

We don't want to bog you down with the boring small print, we're sure you know how to behave nicely and look after other people's property; but please read our terms and conditions in detail. The main points, put simply, are that we provide beautifully equipped Californias with full insurance for drivers with a good record. Sorry, but we don't allow any pets, and there's strictly no smoking in our vehicles. Our tariff is based on drivers aged between 25 and 75. We will be happy to provide an individual quotation if you are outside of this age range or have endorsements with more than 6 points on your driving licence.

Tariff - Standard rate per night and weekly

Our weekly rentals are based on Friday afternoon to the following Friday morning. Last minute bookings are sometimes available at reduced rates.There is a minimum charge of £850 for Glastonbury Music Festival. Reduced rates apply for rentals of seven consecutive nights or more. Campervan contents

• Sleeping - At onelife we know the importance of a good night's sleep. How about a full size double bed with slatted pine base topped with duck down pillows and duvets and Cologne & Cotton "Starry" bedding in 100% cotton! Who needs sleeping bags!
• Cooking - No flimsy frying pans here! We supply John Lewis' best heavy bottomed pans and quality utensils - Even Jamie Oliver would feel at home. If the mood takes you the efficient 2 ring gas hob and the included recipe book might even inspire you to work wonders...
• Eating & drinking - No need to worry about rushing to the shops straightaway. To get you off to a good start we include our welcome pantry pack which includes your choice of tea, coffee, sugar and milk with bread, butter and jam. Follow the history of Volkswagen's campervans with the stylish crockery and cutlery for 6, after all, you never know when friends will turn up...
• Entertainment - We've included a picnic rug, but In the unlikely event of rain you'll find playing cards, books and a magazine to keep you occupied until the sun comes out again...
• Food - Given enough notice, we can purchase your groceries and have them waiting for you. Our local delicatessen, "Much Ado", has developed a special range of delicious meals for onelife including such treats as Bouillabaisse and Moroccan Lamb. These are designed for easy preparation and the menu will be included with your booking confirmation. They will be collected for you.

Optional extras

• Bike racks - A 4 bike folding rack mounted on the tailgate at £5 per night.
• Roof bars - Two fitted roof bars suitable for surfboards etc. at £4 per night. Please note that there is a total weight limit of 50kg on the California roof.
• Porta Potti - Chemical toilet. A single charge of £16 per rental.
